LEAD TIME

  • Our current lead time for kydex and leather orders is 5-14 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Custom requests, and fully custom images may extend this lead time if we have to make changes / alter the order.

CARRIERS

​

We ship USPS using First Class Mail or Priority Mail shipping

Tracking numbers will be provided via email when your order has left our shop.

SHIPPING RATES

​

  • All kydex and leather orders over $99 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING within the United States. Flat Rate Shipping on all other orders is $10.

 

RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY

HOW TO RETURN AND ITEM

​

Your item is covered by Fast Draw Holsters Lifetime Warranty. If you are unhappy with the quality or fit of your holster please notify us for a return, refund or exchange. 

1. Please email fdholsters@gmail.com to request a refund

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in the return package - a letter stating the reason for the return and the original order number.

 

RESTOCKING & CANCELLATION FEES

All returned kydex and leather items are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your return. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.

Acceptations apply. 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Fully custom images, patterns or personalized gear cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is returned, the custom image charge will be deducted from your return.

  • Route Package Protection 

  • Original Shipping 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or certificates.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Fast Draw Holster products have a LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original owner for normal everyday wear.

If at anytime your holster breaks or malfunctions due to manufacturing error please contact us immediately - fdholsters@gamil.com

Our warranty does not cover belt clips, OWB loops or lost hardware. 

​

**Customers will be responsible for return shipping on all refunds, exchanges and returns.
